Bin Boot Specifications
This poly feed bin boot is designed to fit a standard 16" bin opening using the standard hopper collar and holds the grain bin slide valve. It's also available in black or clear material and is made in a straight boot design as well.
- The Outside diameter at the top end is 17 1/8"
- The Inside diameter at the top is 16 3/8"
- Overall height is 12"
- Discharge end measures 6" x 10" inside and 6-1/2" x 10-3/4" outside

Poly Boot Attached to Feed Bin
The poly boot is held to the bottom of the bulk feed bin by the collar and connects to the slide valve below. This provides a transition from the round bottom opening of the bin, where the taper hopper sections come together, to the rectangular entrance to the auger unloader or the slide valve itself.

Grain Bin Boot Description
The grain bin boot is a transition fitting between the bin outlet and compatible dispensing or conveying components. It changes the round outlet to the rectangular connection used by the selected slide valve or unloader assembly. The boot itself does not regulate flow; a separate valve or unloading mechanism performs that function.
Match the bin opening, hopper collar, boot outlet, slide valve, and unloader before ordering. Confirm the included components and operating requirements for the complete setup. Correctly matched parts do not eliminate the need to monitor feed flow, spillage, or loading of downstream equipment.

The boot measures 12" from top to bottom. A compatible slide valve or auger unloader connects below it to provide the selected dispensing arrangement.

The pictures below show the tape for the interior and exterior measurements across the top of the grain bin boot. The top attaches to the bottom of the bin and changes the round discharge to a rectangular shape, and allows the attachment of slide valves and augers.
