Small Grain Bin Description
This is a great mini feed bin for dispensing almost any type of material. This small grain bin is handy when used for storing feed to be dispensed in smaller quantities, such as buckets. The poly lid and hopper section won't ever rust, and the galvanized steel walls are designed to last a lifetime outdoors. The large, hinged lid provides protection from Mother Nature, and the slide valve at the bottom offers a 24" ground clearance.
It also comes with the 30-degree poly boot and slide valve, as pictured, and is not available for use with an auger.
Please note that the newly designed bin legs go up the sidewall only on the 65-bushel bin.

Please let us know if you'd prefer the straight boot, and we'll prepare a quote for you. The leg design may not be the same as pictured. Also, the legs are resting on wooden boards that are not included with the bin. They're there just to keep it off the ground and move for display purposes only. Mini Feed Bins - The Convenient Storage Solution for Your Hobby Farm
Whether you are running a small ranch or a hobby farm, you have probably looked into adding a few grain bins to keep your loose feed material dry and easily accessible. However, commercial grain bins are way too big for small farms, while less durable options can result in your feed getting ruined by poor weather or pests.
If this problem sounds familiar, then you should consider a mini-feed bin from Barn World. These bins are a great option if you need a way to safely store and easily access your grain, but do not need a full-sized grain bin.
What Is So Great About the Mini Feed Bin?
The mini feed bin is a well-made and easy-to-use on-site storage option. It can not only keep your grain dry throughout even the harshest of rainy seasons, but it will also save you time and money by eliminating wasted food and allowing for easy access.
Versatile and Compact
Just because they are often called “mini grain bins” does not necessarily mean that this is all they are good for. Our feed bins can be used to store corn or pellets for pellet-burning stoves. They can also be used to store large amounts of seeds while you wait for the ideal planting time.
In addition to being useful for storing many different materials, the Barn World mini feed bin is extremely compact. It is only 5’ in diameter at its widest point and stands only 8’ tall, including the legs. These dimensions mean that you have the option of placing your mini-feed bin underneath a pole barn for added protection or you can simply install it wherever is most convenient for you.
Durability
The galvanized steel construction means that the mini-feed bin can reliably serve you season after season without fail. The hopper seals tightly to keep out moisture and bugs, while the raised platform helps keep rats and other animals from tampering with the dispensing side valve.
On-Farm Grain Storage
One of the best things about having your own mini-feed bin is that you can have grain stored on-site year-round. By doing so, you can avoid having to purchase grain or seeds out of season when it is most expensive. You can also preserve your excess grain and sell it when it is most profitable to you.
Having reliable and weather-proof storage on your farm means that you are no longer at the mercy of the weather. You can dry your grains and have viable food for your livestock on hand at all times. You will no longer need to limit your harvesting hours based on the schedule of a local mill or storage facility.
