How Does the Grain Gauge Work?
When the material inside the bin reaches the gauge, the roller section of the gauge will shift in color, transitioning from black to vibrant green. This bright green hue is easy to see at night, even in the darkest of evenings. As the material is gradually emptied from your bin and falls below the Grain Gauge level indicator, the roller will automatically revert to its original black color.
Ease of Installation
Setting up the bin level indicator is a straightforward process that doesn't require entering the bin. You just need to drill a 1¼ inch hole and secure it with two screws. All of the installation takes place externally on the bin. For more precise measuring, you may install multiple devices at strategic points along the bin's wall to monitor interior grain levels.
