Replacement Poly Liner for 10-Foot Economy Feed Bunks
Replace a worn trough lining without replacing the entire feeder. This 10-foot polyethylene feed bunk liner is pre-cut for its matching Economy Feed Bunk frame and is not designed to fit other brands or frames.
The liner ships flat, without pre-drilled mounting holes, and takes its curved shape from the feeder frame. Polyethylene will not rust. The approximately 0.100-inch-thick sheet measures 33 by 119.5 inches.

Why Replace the Feed Bunk Liner Instead of the Entire Feeder?
When the steel feeder frame is still sound, a replacement trough liner can restore the feeding surface without purchasing another complete feed bunk. The liner is the part that directly holds the feed, so wear, cracks, or damage to that surface do not necessarily mean the entire feeder needs replacing.
Keeping a serviceable frame in use also avoids discarding usable equipment. Before ordering, inspect the frame for rust-through, bent supports, loose joints, sharp edges, or other damage. A new liner cannot correct structural problems, and a badly damaged feeder may need more extensive repair or replacement.
Shipping a Replacement Liner vs. a Complete Feed Bunk
A complete 10-foot feeder includes its supporting structure and takes up substantially more space in transit. This replacement polyethylene sheet ships flat, making it easier to handle and arrange for transportation than a complete assembled bunk. Freight costs still depend on the shipping destination, quantity, packaging, and carrier requirements, so request a quote rather than assuming a particular shipping rate.

How the Replacement Feed Trough Liner Works
The polyethylene sheet forms the feed-holding surface inside the Economy Feed Bunk frame. It arrives flat and curves to the trough shape when installed in the compatible support frame. The frame supplies the shape and support; the liner supplies a continuous surface for holding feed. Because the sheet has no pre-drilled mounting holes, the mounting arrangement must be checked against your existing feeder.
Polyethylene does not rust like exposed steel, and the smoother liner surface can make routine removal of loose feed and debris more convenient. Regular cleaning and inspection are still necessary, particularly where feed and moisture collect along the edges.
Planning a Liner Replacement
- Confirm the feeder model. This liner is made for the matching 10-foot Economy Feed Bunk, not for every 10-foot feed trough or another manufacturer's frame.
- Measure and inspect. Compare your existing liner and supporting frame with the listed approximate sheet dimensions of 33 by 119.5 inches. Check that the frame remains structurally sound.
