Collar Description
If you have a metal Bulk Feed Bin with 60-degree walls and a twenty-five-inch hopper opening, you'll need this adaptor to reduce the opening to 16" to fit the new 16" standard accessories. This collar reduces the bottom hopper opening from 25" to 16" to allow you to attach poly boots and auger unloaders. It's also great if you have a rusted 16" opening that can be cut back to use this collar adapter as a repair kit, too!

This handy repair kit consists of the top and bottom collars and the wall sections that fit into the top of the top collar and attach to your hopper walls. The upright wall sections (2), funnel grain from a 25" opening down into the 16" standard collar size below. If the bottom section of your bin is rusted, you can cut it back and attach this kit to bring it right back down to 16 inches.

Below is a picture of the bin collar transition attached to the bottom of a bulk feed bin. The top of the upper collar slides inside your existing hopper walls as shown. The bottom collar is then bolted to the top collar that is hanging from the bin. This creates a 16" diameter hole at the bottom of the bin so you can attach a poly boot and almost any accessory you need for managing your feed.
