Replacement Liner Kits for Bottomless Stock Tanks
These polyethylene liner kits fit compatible Sioux Steel bottomless stock tanks. A liner creates a water-retaining barrier inside the assembled tank, reducing seepage into the ground. It can be useful on porous soil or where a lined tank is preferred over preparing a sealed soil or concrete bottom.
Each kit includes the liner, clamps and trim lock for the selected tank size. This page is for the liner kit; the steel tank is not included. Select both the tank diameter and wall height when choosing a replacement.

The liner material is reinforced polyethylene. The N36B material data sheet lists 36 mil as the typical thickness. A mil is one-thousandth of an inch; it is not a millimeter.

Dimensions identify the compatible tank diameter and wall height, not the size of a flat sheet. The weights shown are the listed liner-kit weights, including the associated kit components; they are not the liner fabric weight alone or the weight of a complete steel tank.
Planning a Replacement Installation
Confirm the tank model, diameter and wall height before ordering. Inspect the existing tank and the area beneath the liner for damage, sharp edges or debris that could affect the installation. A replacement liner does not repair weakened or damaged steel walls.
Allow enough working space to position the liner without dragging it over sharp objects. Check the edge protection and liner-retaining components, then fit and secure the liner using the components supplied for the tank. Maintaining a Lined Livestock Water Tank
A liner helps contain water, but water quality still depends on the source, cleaning and routine maintenance. Check for punctures, displaced clamps and wear at the tank edge, and monitor the water level to identify possible leakage.
Plan water supply and storage for the herd's needs. The liner does not refill the tank automatically, prevent every source of contamination or guarantee that water will remain available at all times. Contact Barn World with your tank details if you need help selecting the correct replacement kit.
