I'm not sure what you mean by 'off-set brackets'. We have a pin lock insulator (TP-PL25-W)and a claw insulator(R-CT25) made for hot rope, twisted polywire, or smoothe wire that attatch to tee posts. these are made for wire to be put on a tee post. We do have an extended insulator for tee posts, but it only accomodates polytape and not rope or wire. you can visit our website at safefence.com for more informations.
