Note: Anchor stakes are not included but are recommended for securing the shelter, especially in high wind conditions. Stakes have been discontinued due to frequent loss during shipping, and customers often use custom anchoring methods.

The back upper door is on a hinge that can be opened for ventilation. There is a slight gap at the top when closed to provide continuous ventilation and when open, it can provide tremendous cooling. In case of high winds, it is recommended that the building be staked down. Because they were commonly lost during shipping and a lot of customers were using their own methods of anchoring, the stakes have been discontinued and no longer ship with the shelters.
