Squeeze Gate Latch
The calving pen squeeze gate latch package allows you to easily squeeze and lock your gate assembly. Keep your cattle calm and under control with the squeeze gate. It's easily tightened in small increments for great control, locks automatically, and is quickly released for safety and a clean exit. The total weight of all three parts is 29 pounds.
Adjusting your gate against your animal helps with control and can also calm and increase the safety of containment. This latch package mounts directly to the gate and allows for a push-and-lock system of squeezing. It's designed to be used with the Calving Pen but can be installed on almost any gate where you're working with confinement.
It includes the mounting tube that supports the vertical portion of the lock bar to the opposing side gate, the red locking latch that crosses over to the hinged gate, and the locking frame. The frame is what provides the locking action for the ratchet latch. It automatically slides up and drops into a locked position.
