The R-24 is a stainless steel splice buckle for joining rolls of 1 1/2" webbing or splicing tears caused from impact. The webbing threads into splice buckle similar to the tensioner. Comes in a pack of 4. Extras should be purchased so that repairs can be made quickly if necessary.
