These metal strips are sold in pairs and keep the mop attached to the cattle oiler tank. They are originally riveted on when manufactured, and if replacing, you'll need to provide your own nuts and bolts.

The mop is held to the tank by bottom strips (see the second picture). They are riveted together and require that you provide your own nuts and bolts if replacing.
