Suspended Hay Advantages:
- Our unique proof coil chain insert allows us to simply disconnect the chain from one half of the feeder. Then nest the two halves of the feeder together for shipping. Most cone feeders have a round feeder on the bottom and a cone insert on the top. This is just more parts to ship and more parts to assemble.
- Sheep and goats do not have to try and reach through the round bale feeder in order to reach the middle of the bale. They simply walk under the feeder.
- Each vertical tube that has a chain attached to it runs all the way to the ground. This means the load of the bale goes through the chain, through the tube, and then directly to the ground.
- Our feeder is powder coated and then all tubes are either capped or sealed to keep water out.
