SWAMP COOLER
This large, portable evaporative cooler is a swamp cooler designed to cool down 1,200 sq ft!
It has a large 16-gallon reservoir and an optional tank stand that holds 42 gallons. The extra-thick 8" cooling media creates 33% more cooling surface than the industry standard 6" designs.
It also comes with swivel and locking casters and a ground fault cord for additional safety.
This unit has the same body as the single-speed Swam Cooler but uses an 8" thick membrane instead of the 6" size to maximize cooling. This increases the cooling surface by 33%!
The body is made with a rotational molding process to ensure an even thickness throughout the leak-proof housing. It includes a UV-resistant resin in a polyethylene housing to create a tough and cleanable surface that can be used outdoors. The body has a drain plug and a flush valve for removing water and cleaning the large 46-gallon reservoir. The water pump itself is protected by an automatic low-water shut-off to prevent damage if the unit were to run dry.
The electrical cord has a ground for safety and can be wrapped and stored on the body of the cooler itself.
Although the unit weighs 220 pounds, it comes with swiveling and locking casters for easy movement to put it and lock it where it's needed.
