Stainless steal triangular tensioner holds the webbing tight, deters tearing from impact and allows easy re-tighting if the webbing becomes loose due to impact or stretching from snow and ice load. The tensioners swivel back and forth and rotate around the plastic insulated post brackets allowing for up and down grade changes which prevents the tape from bunching in the tensioner.
