| QUESTION: If I were to order one of these round feeders, how much to ship to zip code 55112 Minnesota? |
ANSWER: Shipping directly to your zip code 55112 would be $143.23. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to place an order.
Thank you,

| QUESTION: can u buy another panel to make the feeder biggeR? |
| ANSWER: This particular poly hay feeder cannot be made larger, however, with the poly hay feeder panels, you can put either round or square bales in them and create any size of feeder you need. If you have any questions or would like to place an order please let me know. Thank you, Robert Moore (720) 238-2190. |

| QUESTION: What would the price be to ship to Australia? We are in Victoria and our post code is 3432. |
| ANSWER: The shipping would be very costly as these are must go by sea freight. The only way to make this cost effective is to buy in quantity. How many do you want? |
|
| QUESTION: I have miniature horses. Is this round poly hay ring to hgih for them to reach? Have you sold this product for a mini feeder? |
| ANSWER: This would work well for you miniature horses. I would recommend placing the unit with the rings on the ground as thent he height would be a little lower for them and they wouldn't work out the hay as much. |
|
| QUESTION: I have a BTN feeder from you already but I find my 4 horses don't share very well and think I need one more. I use small square bales too and would like to know if the BTN feeder would work with small square bales as well. I saw your Trans Feeder and wonder if that would be better for small square bales but I then would need to change it whenever I used a round bale. Help!
Thanks. Nan Gathen
ngathen@earthlink.net |
| ANSWER: The poly round horse hay feeder would work with your square bales as well. This unit is 7' in diameter, so if your square bales are less than that, they will work fine. Horses aren't known to share very well (unlike cattle), must be the "Alpha male" thing. You should be fine in ordering another round bale horse hay feeder. I'm glad you like it.

| QUESTION: I am looking for a shipping quote to Saskatoon Sask Canada S7T 1B8 for the round poly round feeder SSBTNHF. |
| ANSWER: Freight charges would be $$285.60 with a 6 day transit time. |
|
| QUESTION: do you ship to australia? |
| ANSWER: We do, however, we do need a zip code or country code to get an accurate shipping dollar estimate.
|
|
| QUESTION: What is the durability of this feeder? Our horses seem pretty rough on the steel ones and I'm not convinced that the poly will hold up. |
| ANSWER: Actually, the poly will hold up quite well as it is "flexible" enough not to collapse under the pushing or shoving of the hay feeder.
It is also made of heavy duty polyethelen and not a cheap form of plastic.
|
|
| QUESTION: Is is possible to order extra panels for these feeders? I have 3 damaged (unusable) panels and would like to replace them? |
| ANSWER: You can order (3) individual pieces as a repair part.
|
|
| QUESTION: Is there a floor option for the round bale feeder? |
| ANSWER: No, there is not a floor option on the round poly horse feeder...but there is one for the poly hay feeder panels.
|
|
| QUESTION: I'm about to order two more of your BTN feeders...We already own five, and the ratio of hay eaten to hay wasted improved by 50%! Great product. No question--just a happy customer. |
| ANSWER: thank you so much for taking the time to give us this information. While we like to hear from all of our customers, it's especially nice when one takes the time to tell you about your product and how well they like them.
Thank You!

| QUESTION: is there a dealer for these in Saskatchewan Canada?? |
| ANSWER: No but we ship to Canada all the time. |
|
| QUESTION: I am considering these for in-stall hay mangers like in the picture above. How many pieces is the ring? It looks like 3. Approximately how long is one section? Would it be a larger area to put hay in than 3x3? |
| ANSWER: There are 4 sections to this BNT round bale feeder and if you were to cut four even pie shape sections out of a 7'-0" round feeder each pie shape would have two 3'-6" side coming to point with a 5'-4"arch outer edge. So you would have to flake your 3'x3' off the bales to fit into this corner feeder application.
I hope this answers your question. EJ.O'Neill |
|
| QUESTION: What is the thickness of the plastic sides? |
| ANSWER: The plastic feeder wall thickness is 1-1/2" overall dimension. |
|
| QUESTION: You mentioned your developing a Plastic Square Bale Feeder for the Large Square Bales (3`x3` x9`) with a floor option? |
| ANSWER: The new plastic feeder is called our TRANS-FEEDER. It can be used to create a multitude of difference size and types of hay feeders. It can be quickly assembled to make a single small square bale feeder. It can also be used to make feeders for the many different sized large bales of hay produced today as well as any sized round bale. One universal part provides an additional floor option if desired. |
|
| QUESTION: I am from Alberta, Canada. How will this feeder hold up with the frigid Canadian winters? |
| ANSWER: We ship these feeders to Canada all the time. The materials used in these feeders are a Polyurethane/Polyethylene type polymer which is considered a Low Modulus type plastic also used in snowmobiles parts and products. Low Modulus means it tolerates low temperature and remains flexible, and therefore impact resistant. |
|
| QUESTION: Do you ship to Canada? |
| ANSWER: Yes, we ship to Canada. This part, made in the USA, qualifies as duty free under NAFTA. Please provide Postal Code, City, and Province for a precise shipping quote. |
